Helios Capital Partners, Inc. is hiring a part-time Financial Associate to provide financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis to enable more informed decision-making. Candidates must possess the ability to model complex business questions, analyze potential outcomes, and recommend actions to senior leadership.
Essential Functions:
•Use analytical perspective and business acumen to provide insight and make recommendations on improving business performance
•Build and manage financial and operational models for economic decision-making, variance analysis, and problem-solving
•Develop monthly management reports for performance metrics and results analysis
•Provide ongoing cash management and capital usage analysis, including forecasting daily and weekly cash flow and assessing capital requirements
•Facilitate the annual planning and forecast process as required
•Maintain internal and external treasury reporting
•Support incentive compensation cycle through monthly calculations, analysis of plan performance, as well as modeling and recommendations for plan
•Assist with other projects as required, including (but not limited to) providing administrative supportto the CEO and executive team
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
•Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience (banking or lending experience is a plus)
•Highly competent in Microsoft Excel
•Experience with CRM software and Google Workspace

•Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; ability to effectively engage with business leaders; and detail-oriented with big-picture vision
•Solid analytical skills; ability to quickly understand concepts and think through possible solutions and implications
•Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines
•Self-motivated; ability to work independently
