James Holland
Currently living in Bishop, Ca, with his main office in Mammoth Lakes, CA. James has been an Eastern Sierra resident since 2018. Previous to the eastern sierra, James spent 20 years in San Diego, CA. While in San Diego, he attended San Diego State University and graduated with an undergraduate degree in Economics and a Master’s in Financial & Tax Planning. Throughout the years, James has been helping and advising his clients with a variety of different solutions to help them achieve their goals.
With work experience that ranges from financial and investment management to software development and real estate lending, James uses a client-centered approach when assessing and designing financial solutions for others. Regardless of the product, a well-prepared plan with the right amount of execution will end up with results. And then monitor those results, assess and repeat desired outcomes, and plan for the next step in the process.
James currently has a Welsh Pembroke Corgi named Charlie Murphy. James is an avid rock climber and loves to spend his time climbing in places such as Joshua Tree National Park, Tuolomne Meadows, and Bishop, CA. He is also a lifelong snowboarder and calls Mammoth Mountain home in the winter. When possible James also likes to grab some surf at Beacons Beach when in San Diego also.
Brian Holland
Born in Oklahoma, and then growing up in San Ramon, California. Brian has made downtown San Diego his home since 2007. With a 20+ year career in the hospitality industry, Brian worked his way up to General Manager/Operations Director. Along the way he developed amazing interpersonal skills and maintained a strong work ethic. After living in Cabo San Lucas and consulting for local restaurants & bars, Brian made a career change and jumped into the real estate & mortgage industry. As a key member of the Helios team, he has excelled in his role.
When not working, Brian enjoys playing golf, working out, and spending time outside in the beautiful San Diego area. He spends most of his time with his 3 year old Baja rescue dog named Luna. He also enjoys margaritas with friends and all the sushi he can eat!
