JOB TITLE: Business Relationship Manager
JOB TYPE: part-time independent contractor

Helios Capital Partners, Inc. is hiring a part-time Business Relationship Manager to engage prospective clients—explaining the company’s products and services—and to convert leads to applications and closed deals.
Essential Functions:
•Actively consult and follow up with the onboarding of all new clients
•Assist in the coordination of the credit approval process for loans, complying with internal policies and procedures
•Communicate with internal and external parties to ensure all appropriate information has been received from borrowers to best evaluate loan requests
•Establish and implement a sales strategy to persuade potential clients to do business with Helios Capital Partners
•Negotiate with internal and/or external parties to structure deals
•Conduct call campaigns to create conversations nationwide about Helios Capital Partners’ value propositions
•Participate in and provide feedback on marketing campaigns
•Facilitate in servicing commercial lending portfolio as needed to maintain client relationships
Qualifications:
•Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, mortgage lending, residential building, real estate, or finance-related field
•State-required and/or NMLS license(s), if applicable
•Experience with CRM software, Excel, and Google
Workspace Competencies:
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, resulting in exceptional rapport with people; proven success in initiating, promoting, and maintaining strong interpersonal relations
•Confident, articulate, professional(including via phone) to effectively engage with clients
